When I am sent samples I often take them to my wine & spirits class at Fairleigh Dickinson University and ask a student to write a review. Such was the case when a friend I had not seen for several years went to work for Parm Crisps. The following is his review UNEDITED.
"During a class we were given the opportunity to try "Parmcrisps." They had a very distinct aroma and taste when tried alone. However, when paired with cheese and wine, there was a noticeable difference in the taste of not only the cracker, but the wine as well. Pairing the wine with the crackers allowed the wine being consumed to become more smooth and it softened the taste of the cracker, which was a pleasant surprise. Eaten alone, I would give the crackers a B. When eaten with wine I would give it an A-."
