Course Description:
Designed to deliver real benefits to both novice and experienced wine lovers alike, Discovering the World of Wine consists of 26 classes each focused on a specific wine topic. Many classes offer accompanying Tasting Videos, in which wines are explored with Philippe Newlin and a group of student tasters. You can opt to purchase the wines or the suggested substitutes in advance and use the video to taste along with the class. Maps of key wine areas and over a dozen short videos featuring winemakers or great chefs commenting on grapes, wines and food pairings supplement the course.
